2017 Surge Alumna, Dawn Hick founded DSH Coaching and Consulting, LLC where she provides coaching to mission driven leaders who are ready to discover their innate greatness and move in a direction that is more in alignment with their goals. Clients experience transformational change and are then able to show up and operate from their inner power and strength which helps them reach their goals. DSH also consults with mission driven organizations on creating the conditions necessary for healthy organizational cultures.
