“I believe that the Surge Fellowship can support me in my new phase of my career as a nonprofit leader trying to establish the best policies and procedures to support the students my organization serves. Specifically, I want to be able to engage in discussions about how to create places where young people can leave their mark on their community and help those around them thrive.
