A Chicago native, Cynthia is not just about breaking barriers – she’s about building bridges. With a multicultural heritage and extensive work experience in corporate, education, and non-profit sectors, her journey spans HR, finance, and development with giants like PepsiCo and the NYC Department of Education. Cynthia served as COO at My Block My Hood My City before launching her consulting venture. Now, she is on a mission to support organizations with her executive talent, HR solutions, and operational excellence.
