I’m eager to be surrounded by like-minded leaders, to learn from their stories, and to discover my own path forward. Through this fellowship, I hope to create a lane that reflects my unique approach to systemic change. For me, that vision is clear: we must rebuild the broken college-to-career pipeline. Too many of our students are left stranded after graduation, without the opportunities they deserve.
