Cheers to 10 Years: Surge’s Birthday Celebration & CHI25 Welcome!

Next week we’ll be welcoming Chicago’s newest Surge Cohort into the family and celebrating something very special—Surge Institute’s 10th anniversary! It’s gonna be a night full of love, reflection, and a whole lot of joy as we look back on a decade of breaking barriers, uplifting leaders of color, and igniting transformative change in communities nationwide…and look forward to our next generation of Black and Brown education leaders and the impact they will have on the students of today and tomorrow.
