Recently joining a youth-serving organization in a leadership capacity has put into perspective how critical this work is. And I feel exceptionally poised to take a leading role in it. What makes me thrilled about SURGE is knowing that this experience will not only make me better as a young professional but also as a community leader and youth advocate.
