Stacy Gray is a first-generation college graduate and Chicago Public Schools alumnus. She holds a B.A. in Social Science from Benedictine University, a M.A.T. in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University, and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.
With over 17 years in education, including 10 years in leadership, Stacy is a committed transformational leader focused on academic rigor and student success. She is skilled at implementing data-driven, research-based instructional systems that support college and career readiness. Her leadership, shaped through the New Leaders program, emphasizes continuous improvement (academic & culture/climate), data-driven environment, and fostering collaboration among all stakeholders.
