2020 Surge Oakland Alum Teni Ugbah has been promoted from a Senior Analyst, Certificated Recruitment to SFUSD’s Manager, Recruitment. In this role, she will lead the recruitment efforts across all employee typed, developing a multi-pronged recruitment strategy that ensures a comprehensive plan to recruit employees who are committed to SFUSD’s mission of social justice and equity.
